Shipping & Returns Policy

How we deliver the Autronica BHH-31A worldwide — and how returns are handled when they happen.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship to every country served by major international couriers and freight forwarders. If your address is reachable, we will get the BHH-31A to you.

Lead Time

In-stock BHH-31A detectors typically ship within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Larger or scheduled orders will be confirmed in writing.

Packaging

Each detector ships in original Autronica packaging. Multi-unit orders are consolidated and protected for international transit to arrive in original condition.

Carriers

We select the carrier based on destination, urgency, and budget — DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and freight forwarders are all available on request.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in the destination country. These charges are the customer\'s responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We provide accurate commercial invoices and any documentation required to support customs clearance, including certificates of origin or marine approval documents on request.

Returns

  • Return authorisation must be requested in writing before any return.
  • Returned items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging.
  • Standard stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Custom, special-order, or used items are non-returnable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is inspected.
  • Original outbound shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Inspect your order on delivery. If a package is damaged, note it on the carrier\'s delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We will file the carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund. For lost shipments, we work with the carrier to trace, refund, or reship as appropriate.
