Terms that apply to inquiries, quotes, and orders placed with Autronica Parts.

1. Introduction
These Terms govern your use of the https://www.autronica-bhh-31a.com website and any quotation or order for Autronica BHH-31A smoke detectors and related products placed with Autronica Parts. By requesting a quote or placing an order you accept these Terms.
2. Quotes and Orders
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices are quoted in EUR and exclude shipping, customs duties, and local taxes unless otherwise specified. An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing.
3. Products and Originality
We supply only original Autronica parts. Product images and descriptions are provided for information; specifications are those published by the manufacturer and may be updated. We will inform you of any material change to a confirmed order.
4. Pricing
The Autronica BHH-31A is offered from €200 per unit. Volume pricing is available and quoted on request. Prices may change without notice; the price applicable to an order is the price in our written confirmation.
5. Payment
Payment terms are stated on the invoice. For new customers we typically require payment in advance by bank transfer. Other payment terms may be agreed in writing for established customers.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Lead times and shipping methods are confirmed at the time of order. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk pass to the customer on delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing; see our Shipping Policy for details.
7. Returns
Custom or special-order items may not be returnable. Standard stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original packaging and unused, subject to a written return authorisation. Contact us before returning any item.
8. Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are handled through us in coordination with Autronica. We will assist with returns, replacement, or repair of defective products within the warranty period.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any single order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Trademarks
Autronica is a registered trademark of Carrier. This website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Autronica or Carrier. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
